The clinical study was made on 38 cases of the congenital megacolon for 15 years from 1958 to 1972 at Dept. of Surgery, Yonsei University, College of Medicine. 38 cases were treated, surgically, 35 male and 3 female.
Corrective surgery was performed on 19 cases, and mortality was. 10.5% in case of corrective surgery.
Longterm result was presented. .
